Revealing Conversations: Canadians Need a Smarter Way to Invest in Their Futures

Every day, I am reminded that Canadians are excited about having choice. They are excited about having access to professional wealth management with transparent and lower fees.

When I speak to Canadians looking to learn more about Nest Wealth and what we can do for them, I hear a real desire to learn about whether there’s a better way to achieve their dreams. Some conversations are about taking that first step to save for a more secure future, while others are with Canadians who are confused but understand that their current investments aren’t doing enough to set them up for financial success. In the end, it seems to me that we’re all asking the same thing: Is there a smarter way for each of us to invest in our futures?

I love speaking to our customers, I enjoy hearing their stories about what they are saving for and the role Nest Wealth has played in helping them achieve their financial goals. There’s almost always a certain peace of mind achieved by our clients that can’t quite be quantified simply by the returns of their portfolios. Creating an Integrated Customer Experience

As the Head of Customer Experience, I have the privilege to work with our customers, partners and my colleagues to ensure we have a solid and integrated customer experience.

With our customers, I help you get set up when you come on board and am the first point of contact for any of your needs. I’m available to help in various ways whether it be by email (questions@nestwealth.com), phone ((647) 725-2559 ext. 702) or via our chat function below. No robots here.

With our partners, I find ways to better meet customer needs through accessible, easy-to-use technology and constantly monitor ways to provide better service.

Internally, I meet with our product development team often to directly relay customer feedback and am your voice to ensure any and all decisions are always customer-centric.

I’m happy to get the opportunity to help our customers get the service they deserve and taking part in the process of helping them get to their financial goals sooner.

What Motivates Me?

From a personal perspective, I’m motivated by my children. I’ve had the good fortune to travel to some pretty interesting places in the world. I’ve been able to sleep in the Sahara, climb mountains and glaciers in South America and snorkel off Easter Island. I want to give my two children a secure future that allows them to explore the world and develop a sense of adventure and their own dreams.

From a professional perspective, I’m motivated by the positive effect of the work that I’m doing. I feel very strongly that investing shouldn’t be some great mystery: there’s a need for straightforward, easy to access investment advice at a reasonable price. And, Nest Wealth is the answer to that need. I’ll leave you with this quote:
